Dear members,
In view of the current committee's remaining tenure that is approaching its due soon, the 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set to be conducted on Saturday, 30th January 2021 as stipulated and required in By-Laws No. 7. Therefore, we would like to invite the members to nominate for the points of:
- Vice Chairman (2 vacancies)
- Honorary Secretary (1 vacancy)
- Honorary Treasurer (1 vacancy)
- Ordinary Committee (6 vacancies)
The Chairman of the Branch is to be elected by the out-going committee in this coming November's Branch Committee Meeting. Further details can be found in the link below.
